Homemade music, one track at a time
The information specialist at Memorial Medical Center will be retiring from the hospital in about a month and, after taking some time to travel, he expects he will start exploring performing music again, a way of life that got him through college. Life on the road grew tiring, so decades ago he hung up his guitars selling them, actually moved to Ludington and settled in to life as husband, father and hospital employee.
The family life proved to be a great experience and for decades he was fine with leaving music behind. A gift from his wife, Linda, seven or eight Christmases ago rekindled his interest in making music.
He began to play the guitar Linda gave him and wondered if he could get his old licks back.
